A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not yet available but whose release is imminent. 

What are the benefits of pre-ordering? Shouldn’t I just wait until the product is released? 

Pre-ordering is doubly beneficial:

• It allows you to reserve an item that usually has limited quantities at release. 
• Your package is sent before all others, so you receive your book faster.

When will my payment be processed?

Your payment is processed immediately by credit card or PayPal, or upon receipt of payment (check or bank transfer). You can cancel your pre-order at any time, and we will refund you immediately. 

If my order also includes items that are already available, will I be delivered in multiple shipments?

No, your order will be shipped only when all products are available. If you want to receive the currently available products sooner, you will need to place two separate orders.
