Convention fully booked – Waiting list now open
The OORAA Convention is currently fully booked.
However, we are currently looking into the possibility of opening a few additional places from Monday, September 7.
If you would like to attend the convention, we therefore invite you to join our waiting list now by simply sending us a message here.
If additional places become available, we will contact the people registered on this waiting list.
Participation with any additional places
Any additional places will provide access to the workshops and lectures on Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1, 2026.
Friday, October 30: participants receiving one of these additional places will also be able to enter the convention, enjoy the common areas, meet participants and guests, visit the exhibition, etc. However, they will not be able to take part in Friday's workshops, as these are already fully booked.
At this stage, no additional registration is guaranteed. Joining the waiting list will allow us to contact you as a priority if we are able to increase the convention capacity.
Ordering shop items together with your registration
Important: if you are offered a place and add shop items to your registration order:
- Your items will be given to you during the convention if you choose a free delivery option such as “Pick-up on site” or “Shop2Shop”.
- If you would like to receive your items before the convention, please choose a paid shipping method or place a separate order.
Exhibitors
If you would like to exhibit your models, you will be able to let us know when registering if an additional place is offered to you.
Each exhibitor is allocated half a table.
Please note: the registration fee is entirely transferred to the OORAA association, with no profit for the shop.
Therefore, the automatic free gifts displayed during checkout are not included, unless you add shop items reaching the corresponding thresholds.
Cancellation policy
Refunds are issued using your original payment method (bank card, PayPal, bank transfer or cheque).
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the convention: full refund
- Cancellation between 30 days and 48 hours before the convention: 80% refund
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival: no refund
- Once the convention has started (including accommodation), the full amount remains due and no refund can be issued in the event of early departure.
