This paper is the classic version of our famous Tissue-foil. It features a smooth front side, offering a flat and even surface. The metallic back remains unchanged: shiny, flexible, and perfectly suited for complex shaping. This uniform texture allows for clean and precise results, enhancing the forms without interfering with the visibility of fold lines.

Developed in collaboration with a Thai paper mill, we selected this paper to best meet the needs of origami folders.

• For complex models: it is thin yet strong and handles layered folds well
• For 3D models: the metallic side allows for easy shaping with secure form retention
• For simple models: easy to fold with clearly visible creases
• For modulars: has the necessary friction to hold units together
• For tessellations: grid lines mark well, making pre-creasing easy and collapse natural

Our best-seller thanks to its versatility, this paper is also highly appreciated because it is one of the few papers ready to use if you want to shape your folds easily (no need for time-consuming sandwich paper preparation or methylcellulose treatment).

Finally, it offers two major advantages:

The front side shows a delicately textured solid color, ideal to enhance your model without needing any additions (unlike standard metallic papers whose front side is often plain white and unrealistic).

The back side has a slightly glittery metallic finish that reduces unwanted reflections (unlike traditional metallic origami papers, whose shiny surface often makes it hard to see the folds clearly).
