Important: if you add shop items to your registration order:

• Your items will be handed to you during the convention if you choose a free delivery option like "Local pickup" or "Shop2Shop".
• If you wish to receive your items before the convention, choose a paid delivery method or place a separate order.

Please note: the registration fee is entirely paid to the OORAA association, with no profit for the shop.

Consequently, the automatic gifts displayed during your order are not distributed, unless you add shop items reaching the corresponding thresholds.

Refunds are made via your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or check).

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the convention: full refund
• Cancellation between 30 days and 48 hours before the convention: 80% refund
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival: no refund
• Any convention already started (including the stay) is due in full and cannot give rise to any refund in case of early departure.
