Every design uses a single sheet of paper with nothing added or removed, and they all fold flat when complete.

Starting where Volume Four left off, this book continues the evolution of forms and ideas through to more advanced geometries. In this volume we’ll play with what can happen when you free up the y- and z-positions of the blocks relative to one another, and allow more organic contoured forms to develop. Specifically this volume focuses on convexities, within which framework we can also get up to some older tricks, selectively removing patterns of blocks, and adding in some of the x-distortions from Volume Four.Since this is the fifth book in the series, these models are by their nature more complicated, and therefore more difficult to construct, than the previous books.

If you're just getting started, you might want to try one of the beginners' volumes first. Like the previous books, this collection starts with 8 new warm-up models to get you started, followed by 17 more complex designs. The templates are formatted to work on either letter paper or A4. Hours and hours of paper-cutting fun!
