For one WOMAN only: Conference Registration + 1 Bed in a Double Room shared with another woman

This package is reserved for female participants only.

The price includes:

• Registration to the convention
• 1 single bed in a shared double room with another woman
• 3 nights, breakfast included

Important: you are booking ONE BED in a double room, not the entire room. The price indicated is therefore for ONE PERSON.

If you only need 2 nights, we are sorry, but this package is strictly offered for 3 nights minimum. This is the last remaining accommodation option available for the convention, and the center requires a 3-night booking.

Important: if you add shop items to your registration order:

• Your items will be handed to you during the convention if you select a free shipping option such as "Pick-up on site" or "Shop2Shop".
• If you wish to receive your items before the convention, please select a paid shipping method or place a separate order.

Please note: the full registration fee is donated directly to the OORAA association, with no profit for the shop.

Consequently, automatic gifts displayed during your order will not be distributed, unless you purchase shop items that independently meet the required amount thresholds.

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or check).

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the convention: full refund
• Cancellation between 30 days and 48 hours before the convention: 80% refund
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival: no refund
• Any convention already started, including accommodation, is due in full and cannot give rise to any refund in case of early departure.
