PRIORITY postage without tracking number

1. Where is my package ?
   You chose a postage without tracking number. We have unfortunately no way to track your package. But don't worry, there is almost never loss or theft. 
    
2. When should I receive it ?
   Indicative delivery leadtime : 
   - For Europe: 1 to 4 weeks, on average 10 days
   - For the World: 1 to 4 weeks, on average 2 weeks
   - For South and Central America: 1 to 8 weeks, on average 3-4 weeks
    
3. I didn't receive it. What I should do ?
   In our "Terms & Conditions" that you accepted, we ask you to wait for 8 weeks (12 weeks for South America/Africa/China) to give the package enought time to arrive to you. For countries outside Europe, the delay is usually due to customs service.
