RISK OF LOSS

The risk of loss of a parcel is very weak. However, if you do not receive your parcel after time usually described by the selected service (standard or prioritary) for your country, contact us. We will wait for 45 days more in order to leaving time with the parcel to arrive. If this one still does not arrive, We will return the parcel with the economic service. We trust you to return the first parcel if this one arrived much later on your premise.

If you do not receive the parcel because you wrote an incomplete or incorrect address on your order, we will return you the books with the shipping fees to your load. But if we made ourself the error by writing your address, we will pay shipping fees.

- if you choose the economic postal service and do not receive your parcel, we will never refund your payement or return a new parcel, even if you are perfertly honest. We are sorry about that. Fortunately, the risk of loss is very weak.

- If you choose the Standart postal service (priority service), we will refund you but not return any new package.
