Express/Colissimo with tracking:
- Europe: 2 to 8 days (average 2 days)

Shipping time may be influenced by customs retention periods, so we cannot guarantee a precise delivery time. The indicated durations are estimates based on our observations.

If your parcel has a tracking number, you can find it in the shipping confirmation email we send you and track its progress here. In case of an unusually long delay, do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form.

Warranty

If an item arrives damaged or has a defect (excluding second-hand products indicated in the "New with defects" section), we commit to replacing it. After receiving your returned package, we will send you an identical item. If the item is no longer available, we will credit the corresponding amount to your account as a promo code, usable on multiple orders. You can cover the difference by the payment method of your choice if your new order exceeds the promo code amount.

This payment method is exclusively reserved for holders of a French bank account. Your order is reserved for 14 days; beyond that, it will be cancelled if the check is not received.
