Qualities of Banana Tissue Paper for origami

This very thin paper is distinguished by its long, visible fibers, as well as by unusual hues. It is particularly appreciated for imitating fur or organic textures, and brings true visual richness to the models.

It can be used in two main ways:

Backing it onto another paper, to create a textured sandwich paper (see sandwich paper manufacturing).
Treated with methylcellulose (wallpaper paste), to reinforce the fold hold while maintaining the fibrous appearance of the paper (see tutorials).

Exclusive product from our shop: these papers are cut into squares and packaged by us.
65 x 95 cm format: the sheet is shipped folded in 4. Fold marks are therefore present, but they do not affect the final appearance of the model once finished.
