China is currently witnessing the emergence of a new generation of gifted folders structured around collaborative projects. Last year, the butterfly theme was very popular in China, and the idea of a butterfly book was born.
Under the direction of Xiao Yao, a large number of designers created their own versions of the butterfly, and the best models were published in a book with a print run of about 100 copies in China.
Unfortunately, this book cannot be imported outside of China. To support the enthusiasm and energy of these authors, Origami-Shop has decided to print and distribute this book to make it available to origami enthusiasts worldwide. We have not interfered with the content or the choice of models. The book is identical. However, we have added an English translation of the authors' introductory texts and designed a new cover.
The origami models in this book were designed by ST, Chen Shu, Chen Xiao, eR, Mi Wu, Orphan chick, Tu Kaiming, KXCYH, Li Jiahui (Syn), Sang Q, Luo Yuchao, Lin Yitong, Meng Weining, Tosummerny, Tony Wang, XR, Mr. Dove, Xiao Yao, Matsut4ke, Yuyuyu, Zi Liang, ScientificAkita, Zhang Yifan and Jun Ziyou. Many of these artists are already famous in China and abroad.
